FORMER PRESIDENT ATTENDS OIL AND GAS SEMINAR

Donations for Queen Comfort Dompreh

Our active Queen, Connie, who was transferred to the Head Office had lost her personal belongings through fire outbreak.

Eastern Queens were with her two years ago on the Dodi Princess and will not leave her in this time of challenges. Every queen in the region donated ten cedis each to support her.
Connie, be strong for the Lord will be on your side.

QUEEN MARY (RHRM) LEAVES EASTERN REGION

Our honourable Queen Mary Akosua Fiawornu, the Ag. Regional Human Resource Manager, has been transferred to the Accra East Region. Her official duties in the region ended on Friday, 21st December, 2012.
She was very active in the club and we shall surely miss her. She is a Role Model, Mentor, Mother, Friend, and good Leader.

Asamankese Queens Visit RGM

 Our dear Regional General Manager, Mr K Arthur Forson, also known as Nana Dantse II, the Odikro of Gomoa Oguaa has been transferred to Accra West. He reported at his new post on 14th January, 2013.

The Asamankese Queens visited him at his palace to bid him farewell and to present a token to the Chief to show their appreciation for his wonderful support and good leadership during his stay in the Region. Nana! Yin tse!

Looking into the future with Great Expectations

These queens are looking into the future with great expectations from management...Thanks to management for the 50% bonus for last year. It's our prayer that it will move upward to a 100%. God bless Power Queens! God bless ECG! God bless Ghana!!!!

Easternqueens wait for new uniforms for the year 2013



Exactly a year ago, management gave the female staff of ECG sets of uniform to beautify their appearance. They were assured of new sets of uniforms every year. So, Na uniform no wo hen? These uniform looks good but has faded with time.

Power Queens Week 2012

The Power Queens Club in the Eastern Region celebrated their week from Monday, 17th September to Sunday, 23rd September, 2012. The following were the programmes organised by the Queens.

Monday:
All the Regional Queens met at the conference room at Koforidua to pray for the themselves, family, Club, Regional Management and ECG. On that day, they fasted and cried unto the Lord led by Queen Vera Owusua and Queen Angelina Otabil, the Organizer and the Vice President respectively.

Tuesday
Members travelled to Mpraeso for revenue mobilization. Action Docket of 200 customers were worked on in the exercise and the amount realized was 16,235.40.

Wednesday: 
By popular request, members dressed as old ladies to create fun in their offices
Thursday:
This day was supposed to be elections but had to be postponed to Sunday, 30th September, 2012. It was realised that majority of the queens in the districts are cashiers and would not be able to participate therefore the need to postpone it.







Friday:
Members rest at home to be with the family since it was a National Holiday to honour the first President of Ghana, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.

Saturday
Fun games at Akuse with Gridco and VRA staff. Games played were football, volley etc

Sunday:
Thanksgiving Service at St Georges Catholic Church.
In all, it was a wonderful celebration though there were some few challenges.
