Great acts are really made of of small deeds. I wonder how you have planned to make this year a successful year. Are you waiting for that huge bank loan before you plan buying properties or investments? Do you know that your Utility Subsidy is more than someone monthly salary at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital? If you don't believe me, ask any Orderly or the Nursing Assistants how much they are earning a month. You will really count yourself blessed with what you are earning here.

Fellow Queens, even some of them have properties and take care of their families. I really know what I'm talking about cos I have worked there from Hoolbrook Smith's to Frimpong Boateng's administration.
