Thoughts for the day!

"Without effort, you cannot be prosperous. Though the land be good, you cannot have an abundant crop without cultivation."

It is always better to take a first step in everything you wish for yourself and the end result will be the desires of your heart. Fellow queens, don't give up!!!! Go ahead! Go for what you dream for yourself!!!! don't look back!! Go go go go higher!!!

The Power of Women!!!!!!!?????

When everybody on earth was dead and waiting to enter Paradise, God appeared and said, 'I want the men to make two lines. One line for the men who were true heads of their household, and the other line for the men who were dominated by their women.
I want all the women to report to St. Peter.' Soon, the women were gone, and there were two lines of men. The line of the men who were dominated by their wives was 100 miles long, and in the line of men who truly were heads of their household, there was only one man.
God said, 'You men should be ashamed of yourselves, I created you to be the head of your household! You have been disobedient and have not fulfilled your purpose! Of all of you, only one obeyed. Learn from him.' God turned to the one man, 'How did you manage to be the only one in this line?'
The man replied,
'My wife told me to stand here.' ha! ha! ha! ha! ha! ha!

Trip to Boti and Akaa Falls

The National Power Queens Executive is organising a 'voyage' to the Akaa Falls and the Boti Falls next month, 12th July, 2008. "All work and no play, makes Queen Jacky a dull girl".
They (national executive) have realised that it is time time to have fun and release tension from the stress from hard work done. The places chosen are very serene and can bet that any queen with faith can feel the presence of the heavens. Yes! you can come over to feel it.
Akaa Falls
I went to the Akaa falls last December with some friends and I was filled with fear! The environment was just unbelievable!!!! The contours shows the awesomeness of our Almighty God!!! The rocks are like stones arranged by a Mighty Hand. It has its own unbrella rock and can contain about 200 people when it rains. Not even a drop of water can touch their feet.
The steps to the falls are made from stones and some of the rocks are hanging on top of the fall! guess what????? no hand is holding it up there and it is also not falling!!! its just hanging.
We saw a 'designer' rock!! Yeh! the rock already has designs on it. It is a tablet with square-like designs and some inscriptions like the 'ten commandment'!! ha ha ha ha ha !
Ten commandment indeed! just a few meters away from that tablet, there is a BIG Footprint on another stone. It is believed to be a footprint of those angels that fell from heaven and lived amongst men.
Some distance away is another fall which is yet to be discovered and made public. I had the chance to interview the care taker who told me that, that fall could be the second highest fall in West Africa.
Patrons at the Akaa falls can even stand on top of the fall and take pictures. Please don't forget to bring your cameras.

Boti Falls

Boti falls is very popular and guess most of you might have been there. Before getting to the falls, you will have to descend about 200 steps . Its very exciting getting 'down' to the fall. After watching the fall and going back is just like life!!! it's soo easy going down than coming up. Please make sure you take enough water along to help you climb the 200 steps. There is a similarity at both falls . They have umbrella rocks. Getting to the Umbrella Rock at Boti falls is very adventurous. It involves climbing and descending rocks. When you get to the middle of the trip to the umbrella rock, you may decide to go back!!! but guess what? going back is tougher than continuing to accomplish your 'mission' to see the rock.
Just some few metres from the umbrella rock, there is the Palm tree carrying additional three(3) palm trees.
Hmmmmmm, let me end here and continue when we get there.

Please come in your numbers and lets have funnnnnn!!!!!
